Disable Call Screening in Grasshopper

In Grasshopper, call screening requires a "Press 1" to accept calls from your callers. This needs to be disabled.  

You can change the setting within your extension to “direct connect” and you will be connected directly to your caller when you answer and avoid the prompt to accept or reject the call.

To change this setting please read the following instructions:

1. Log into your account and click on Extensions
2. Click on Edit next to the name of your extension
3. Click Edit next to your forwarding number.
4. Scroll to the section “How should Grasshopper handle this number” and select “Calls will connect to you as soon as you pick up”
5. Select Save & Close
